It seems my dedication to this blog has been lacking in recent (and not so recent) months. I would like to try again because it is a great way to document the kids' cuteness and craziness. And all my pictures get dumped on to the computer, so in theory it should be "easy." Is anything ever easy with 7 kooky kids? But, I can't promise anything. Let's just keep it on the DL until I find my groove, K?
Our most recent activity is school, which started last week for the bigger kids and this week for my 2 preschoolers. Matthew is in 5th, Rosa in 3rd, Owen and Oliver are in 1st, Teresa started K, and Liam and Eddie are in a 4y preschool M, W, and F. Waking up early is a little hard to get back to, but overall everyone, including me, is adjusting pretty well.
The last week of August was when we held the First Annual Sullivan Seven Birthday Extravaganza. Which consisted of family and a couple of friends (only 2 families worth...added 9 kids!) at a horse stable. Mild cowboy theme, cake, juice, food collection for the needy. All the kids had fun. (thank you cards to be sent out, post-haste, need to pick up stamps)
So, that concludes the first edition of my re-introduction into the online scrapbook of our lives.
