Where We Are...Since I Know There Are Questions

Not sure of when the kids will move, paperwork on the adoption front has been filed with the state. On the foster care side, which I thought was done, still has to send out a letter to our school for a letter about Matthew and Owen. So that hasn't even been filed yet. We are applying through both channels because the state, lacking funds to employ enough people, is super slow all the way around so we are trying to increase out chances of an approval sooner rather than later. It still is not soon, probably looking at around June for having them here. Maybe we will start overnight visits during spring break, but that's not for sure yet. We will be taking a one night vacation with our current 3 kids, to a hotel with a water park. Steve's been itching to go somewhere, but our own lack of funds limit our options. The Oliver and Eddie are coming back tomorrow for the day, and next Saturday our caseworker will pick up the girls and bring them over to meet us. Yay! We will have the boys then too, so it will be our first experience with all seven! Apparently the girls were super psyched after seeing the little photo book I made. My book was also a hit at the office. And there you have the major highlights of the past week.
